McDonald’s Paraíso is located near Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, at Avenida Bernardino de Campos, number 307, and has approximately 565m².
It is a building that has several sustainable initiatives that reflect the “Recipe of the Future” initiative of Arcos Dourados, and for this, it used 140m³ of mass timber from Urbem.
With approximately 99m³ of CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), an mass timber for slabs and walls, and more than 41m³ of GLULAM (Glued Laminated Timber), a material that also has a structural function, but as a beam or pillar.
