Arvoredo, a residential building located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, elevates the concept of sustainable housing by applying mass timber to its six residential units, with areas ranging from 390m² to 466m². The project, which is an initiative of the Noah development company, combines sophistication and construction efficiency, offering stability and speed in the construction.
In addition, each unit is unique, designed to optimize the use of resources and reduce environmental impact, reinforcing the commitment to a more sustainable future in civil construction.
