OUR DIFFERENTIALS
Wood protection pressure treatment
To ensure the durability of our product, we pressure treat the wood, lamella by lamella, with Micro CA-C.
This is done through autoclave impregnation, ensuring resistance against termites and fungi.
Visual and Mechanical Classification
To ensure the structural resistance of our products, we use a visual and mechanical classification system.
This is done using scanners and allows us to select the lamellae that are appropriate for the projects, identifying knots, twists and marking possible defects in the wood that will then be removed.
ULAB
Ulab is Urbem’s own laboratory, where we perform tests and trials on our final products.
This way, we can certify the conformity of each piece produced in our factory.
