Grand Paysage, a premium development in Taubaté (SP), brings together landscaping, architecture, and infrastructure in a project that redefines standards for the southern area of the city — a strategic point between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, between the sea and the mountains. Urbem participated in the execution of the Commercial Promenade and Visitor Center, supplying the mass timber structural elements for the development’s common areas.
A total of 365m³ of engineered wood were applied to the commercial promenade structure, the space that welcomes future residents and visitors of the planned neighborhood. The choice of prefabricated timber systems brought construction efficiency and direct integration with the landscaping signed by Benedito Abbud, reinforcing the project’s identity: lots ranging from 250 to 750m², set within a concept unique to the region, featuring a private woodland and full gated community infrastructure.
The presence of engineered wood in the Visitor Center signals, upon arrival, the project’s defining proposal: a deep connection with the landscape.
