The Ostara restaurant is located in Farroupilha, Rio Grande do Sul, and is a building made of 100m³ of mass timber, set in a breathtaking landscape of its vineyards.
This incredible construction, made entirely of mass timber, required 30m³ of GLULAM (Glued Laminated Timber) and 70m³ of CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), which were assembled in 29 days.
