Alphaville Paraná

Alphaville Paraná, located in Campo Largo, Paraná, is a large-scale residential development that integrates leisure, architecture, and the natural environment. Urbem participated in the execution of the social club’s mass timber structures, using CLT (cross-laminated timber) and glulam systems.

Approximately 130 m³ of timber was applied across multiple buildings, including the gym and pool facilities, clubhouse and restaurant, barbecue and game areas, atelier, support buildings, and gatehouses and entrance structures. The use of prefabricated timber systems ensured construction efficiency, structural lightness, and a high level of integration with the surrounding landscape.

Located at an elevated point within the development, the club overlooks a permanent preservation area and concentrates the main shared spaces, reinforcing the project’s commitment to quality of life, sustainability, and connection with nature.
