This residence is located in the Pompeia neighborhood of São Paulo and has approximately 200m². The assembly of the mass timber structure was completed in just 10 days.
It has natural lighting and ventilation, and a light and organic appearance. The construction solution adopted was a hybrid, where mass timber was mixed with precast concrete blocks and metal, being a perfect example of a construction that addresses the best performance of each of the materials.
