Sítio Vale Verde, located in São Bento do Sapucaí, São Paulo, was designed by Bruschini Arquitetura as a residence in harmony with the landscape of the Serra da Mantiqueira.
With 19 m³ of mass timber supplied by Urbem and structural execution by Timbau Estruturas, the project emphasizes integration with nature, the use of low-impact materials, and sustainable structural solutions.
The 250 m² house expresses a contemporary architectural approach that combines simplicity, comfort, and respect for the surrounding natural environment.
