With approximately 1,500 m\u00b2 distributed over two floors, the project incorporates  <\/span>engineered wood as part of its structural solution, highlighting its constructive advantages in a large-scale commercial building with high operational intensity.<span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The use of approximately 30 m\u00b3 of engineered wood contributes to a lighter structural system, greater efficiency during assembly, and improved execution control, while reinforcing the contemporary character of the architecture. This construction approach enabled the creation of generous spaces with high ceilings and flexible layouts, accommodating a program that includes a main dining area, event spaces, a kids\u2019 area, and extended operating hours. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Located along an urban axis with a strong gastronomic and cultural vocation, the project demonstrates the application of engineered wood in complex commercial typologies such as full-service restaurants.
