Urbem participated in the execution of the social club\u2019s mass timber structures, using CLT (cross-laminated timber) and glulam systems. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Approximately 130 m\u00b3 of timber was applied across multiple buildings, including the gym and pool facilities, clubhouse and restaurant, barbecue and game areas, atelier, support buildings, and gatehouses and entrance structures.
