The structure uses timber comprehensively\u2014slabs, beams, and columns\u2014fully leveraging its technical advantages, such as lower self-weight, component industrialization, and enhanced quality control during construction. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The adoption of mass timber contributes to improved thermal and acoustic performance while enabling more open floor plates, balconies on every level, abundant natural daylight, and increased floor-to-ceiling heights.
