The project proposes an uncommon horizontal layout for office buildings, organized around a central plaza of approximately 1,500 m\u00b2, which structures circulation, gathering spaces, and the relationships between individual office units. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Designed by Isay Weinfeld and developed by Idea!Zarvos, the building incorporates approximately 58 m\u00b3 of timber <span data-contrast=\"auto\">applied in balconies, structural components, and roof elements.
