Urbem played a key role in this transformation, which brought together contemporary architectural solutions, integration with the surrounding landscape, and public investment.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With approximately 84,000 m\u00b2 of requalified area, the park now includes structures such as a multipurpose pavilion, elevated walkways, gatehouses, outdoor fitness areas, sports courts, and a playground\u2014all fully accessible and designed to ensure comfort and safety for the community.
