With more than<\/p>\n<p>  <\/span>1,300 m\u00b3 of CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and Glulam (Glued Laminated Timber), it is the largest development in Latin America built using this technology, combining high performance, sustainability, and process industrialization. <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The entire structural system was designed using prefabricated solutions, enabling a cleaner, faster, and more precise construction process. Sourced from certified forests, mass timber delivers structural performance comparable to concrete and steel, while being up to five times lighter\u2014significantly reducing impacts on the construction site and foundation systems.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project incorporates passive comfort strategies, such as long clear spans, cross ventilation, and extensive use of natural daylight.
