With a <strong>1,445 m\u00b2 mass timber structure<\/strong>, the project includes kiosks, locker rooms, bleachers, and access areas\u2014creating a welcoming, functional environment that blends with the surrounding green landscape.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"289\"><strong data-start=\"203\" data-end=\"289\">Precision and Sustainability with Mass Timber<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The project was <a href=\"https:\/\/urbembr.com\/en\/sustainable-construction-urbem-builds-structure-for-new-leo-madeiras-store\/\">executed by Urbem<\/a>, a national reference in the use of mass timber in construction. The assembly was carried out with high precision, agility, and excellent finishing.
